The Story Behind iindigo
Not just a web designer — a Stockport-born business builder who has been there, done it, and built the website.
I grew up in Stockport — the same streets where iindigo’s clients run their businesses today. After studying Psychology at Staffordshire University, I joined a small sales company working on behalf of British Gas.
What followed was 17 years of building something from the ground up. By the time I left in 2019, that company had become one of the UK’s largest independent providers of telecoms and utilities to small businesses. During that time I launched three virtual mobile networks, a virtual electricity brand, and led the integration of an acquired water company — all while managing large teams as Head of Product Operations.
I started iindigo to bring that same mindset to web design. Every site I build is treated as a business tool first — not just a digital brochure.
